Participants are required to register through the Registration System. Registration fees and dates are reported below.

In order for the papers to be included in the Conference Proceedings, one of the authors must register no later than May 15, 2023. One registration per paper is required.

* STUDENT attendees must send by e-mail to the Organizational Secretariat at evaces2023@polimi.it, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
