Instructions
1. Fill out the registration form with the information required. The system will show you the amount you need to pay to attend the conference. Save the Registration Code provided by the registration form resume.
2. Proceed to the payment following the instructions below indicating the Registration Code where required.
How to pay
Complete the payment by bank transfer, Paypal, or credit card.
Bank Transfer
If you pay your conference fee with bank transfer, please use the following payment description: “EVACES 2023 – Registration code – User’s full name”.
Complete the online registration form and send a copy of the bank wire transfer to the following email address: registrations@fondazione.polimi.it
Fondazione Politecnico di Milano will issue the receipt after receiving the payment.

PayPal / Credit Card
If you pay your conference fee with PayPal/Credit Card, please fill the form below. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to carry out the payment. Fondazione Politecnico di Milano will issue the receipt after receiving the payment.
If you need to select more than one item, add each item to the cart on this page before finalizing the payment.
Registration to the EVACES 2023 conference is confirmed only upon receipt by FONDAZIONE POLITECNICO DI MILANO of the conference fee payment.

Important Notes
EVACES 2023 conference fee shall be paid in advance, in any case before the beginning of the meeting. The receipt will be issued using the contact details provided on the registration form, so please make sure you have carefully completed the registration form.
